1. HOW TO ENTER: Simply use your registered BONUSCARD© discount card to Purchase two packages of Mrs. T’s Pierogies, any flavor, between 12:01 AM October 7 and 11:59 PM November 3, 2007. To enter without purchase, write your name, complete address with area code and telephone number on a 3x5 card and mail in a stamped envelope to:

2. ELIGIBILITY: Giant night at GIANT Center Sweepstakes Is open to all GIANT customers, ages 18 and over, from legal residents of PA, MD, VA, and WV. No purchase necessary to enter or win via mail-in entry. Employees or family members of employees of GIANT Food Stores, LLC, Ateeco, Inc./Mrs. T’s Pierogies, and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, their parents, or affiliates are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Purchase of lottery ticket(s) as stand-alone transaction(s) are excluded from electronic entry, as well as any other items prohibited by law. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Odds of winning each prize depend on the number of entries submitted by all GIANT/MARTIN' S customers.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The use of a registered BONUSCARD discount card upon checkout with the purchase of 2 packages of Mrs. T’s Pierogies, consists of an entry. All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 pm, November 3, 2007. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 3, 2007 and received by November 6, 2007 to be eligible for the Prize. Winners will be selected on or about November 15, 2007. All entries received after these dates are void and ineligible for prizes. Limit one mail in entry per outer stamped envelope per day. Mail-in envelopes larger than a #10 envelope will be automatically disqualified. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted; incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. No responsibility is assumed for technical failure of any kind or for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage due entries. Electronic entries that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible and/or deemed not eligible by GIANT Marketing Department will automatically be disqualified. GIANT Food Stores Food Markets is not responsible for incorrect BONUSCARD data, along with any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data nor for any type of graphical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the sweepstakes.

4. PRIZES: Total approximate retail value of prizes is $1,675. Prize structure is as follows: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at the end of the promotion from all total eligible entries from the 4 weeks. The Grand Prize consists of one private Suite for 17 people at the HERSHEY Bears hockey game at the GIANT Center on Saturday, December 8, 2007. The Grand Prize includes 17 Suite admission tickets, 17 Suite parking passes, and Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages up to $250. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for transportation (including all transportation costs), gratuities and incidentals, and all other expenses not specifically included in these rules. Unclaimed and returned prizes will not be awarded. Deduction of taxes from prize will be done according to IRS guidelines. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded, however all prizes will be awarded. GIANT reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or lesser value if the designated prize should become unavailable. All prizes are non-transferable, unless agreed upon by GIANT and other sponsors, and no substitutions will be made. GIANT also reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time during the promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize. All federal, state and local taxes where applicable are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.

5. WINNER: Winner will be selected in random drawing. GIANT Marketing Department, whose decision is final, will complete all electronic drawings as it relates to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible electronic and mail-in entries combined. The electronic entries will be combined with the mail in entries to build a pool of potential winners. For example, if 50 mail-in entries are received, 50 entries will be fed into the electronic entries to build the drawing pool. Winner will be notified by phone and/or registered mail on or by November 26, 2007. Prize may be forfeited if the notification is mailed and returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, or if Winner is unable to be contacted by telephone. Winner must comply with all contest rules as published. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity for the specific prize before prize will be awarded. In addition, the winner’s guests, or their parents or legal guardians must execute a liability/publicity release. Winner and winner’s guests will be required to return documents within fourteen (14) days from the postmark date on the prize notification letter. Failure to comply with these requirements or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the registered BONUSCARD discount card entry method of the sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted and select winner by random drawing from among all eligible mail-in entries received. By participating, winner releases GIANT Food Stores, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, Ateeco, Inc./Mrs. T’s Pierogies and their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that GIANT Food Stores, LLC and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company may use the winner's name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. All entries become the property of sponsor and none will be returned.
