Delivery

Mrs. T's food products are shipped in reusable Styrofoam containers packed with cooler blocks to maintain the highest quality and freshness. Orders received prior to 12:00 PM EST Monday thru Wednesday, will ship next day via overnight service to arrive at your location on the next day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST Wednesday through Sunday, will ship on Monday via overnight service to arrive at your location on Tuesday.

Unless otherwise agreed to in a writing signed by Ateeco, delivery of products Ordered from this Site shall be made in accordance with Ateeco's delivery policies in effect on the date of shipment. Risk of loss to the products shall pass from Ateeco to you on shipment from Ateeco's facilities. Ateeco shall not be liable for any delays in delivery beyond the reasonable control of Ateeco including, but not limited to, delays caused by unavailability or shortages of the products from Ateeco's suppliers, natural disasters, acts of war, acts or omissions of you, fire, strike, riot, governmental interference, unavailability or shortage of materials, labor, telecommunications, fuel or power through normal commercial channels at customary and reasonable rates, failure or destruction of plant or equipment arising from any cause whatsoever, transportation failures or computer-related or transmission failures.

All sales via the Site come with Mrs. T's 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately, and Mrs. T's will replace the product or refund your purchase. When making such requests, please include the Order Number, Bill to Name, and Bill to Address.

Price and Payment

Terms of payment are within Ateeco's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to in a writing signed by Ateeco, payment must be received by Ateeco prior to Ateeco's acceptance of an Order from You. Payment for products may be made by credit card or some other prearranged payment method accepted by Ateeco unless Ateeco has agreed to credit terms in writing. No Order shall be binding upon Ateeco until accepted by Ateeco. Product and pricing data may change without notice. Final pricing on your Order is effective on the date that payment for the order has been received. Separate charges for shipping and handling may be charged by Ateeco. You are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the Order, except for Ateeco's franchise taxes and taxes on Ateeco's net income. Ateeco may add taxes and shipping charges to invoices or payment requirements. You shall indemnify and hold Ateeco free and harmless from and against the imposition and payment of all taxes, whether or not they are stated in any invoice for products shipped to you. Ateeco, at its option, may at any time, separately bill you for any taxes not included in Ateeco's invoice or otherwise paid for by you and you shall pay such taxes, or in lieu thereof, shall provide Ateeco with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the applicable taxing authorities. If any such certificate furnished to Ateeco is held invalid or if the sale is otherwise found to be taxable, you agree to pay promptly any taxes (plus interest) found due, but not collected as a result of Ateeco's reliance upon your certificate.

Ateeco's obligations and responsibilities regarding its products are governed by these Terms and by Ateeco's Sale Terms. Copies of such Sale Terms are available from Ateeco and shall control the terms of any product sales in the event they differ from the Terms set forth on this Site.
